　　报道中指出，现在的游戏行业已经成为一个金钱的焚烧炉，硬件厂商或是游戏公司不但要负担日益增长的研发费用，而且还要花巨资为自己的产品进行宣传，以谋求在激烈的竞争中获得先机。

　　统计数字显示，索尼早在2009年就出资1.34亿（约合9.3亿元人民币）美元用于Slim版PS3在欧洲的宣传，而微软仅为了推广Kinect体感套件就不惜血本的花掉了5亿美元（约合31亿元人民币）的营销费用。

　　相比游戏机硬件，游戏软件制作公司的营销资金压力也没小到哪去。据传，《GTA IV》和刚上市不久的《生化奇兵：无限》的营销开支分别高达4800万美元和1亿美元（约合3亿和6.2亿元人民币）。

　　据了解，此次接手PS4宣传方案的BBH公司在业界享有很高的名誉，其曾经为谷歌公司的Chrome浏览器和可口可乐公司的雪碧饮料制作过宣传方案。
